If you have a complaint alleging that the California Department of Technology is non-compliant with Part 35 of Chapter 1 of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations (Part 35) or took an action that is prohibited by Part 35, the grievance procedure is to:

  1. Complete the contact form that can be accessed by choosing the Contact Form tab at the above menu bar, addressing the ADA Coordinator; or
  2. Submit a written complaint to the ADA Coordinator at the above address.
The ADA Coordinator will coordinate the investigation and promptly and equitably resolve the complaint, issuing a written decision to the complainant within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint. In the event more time is required to issue a decision, the ADA Coordinator will notify the complainant in writing. There is no appeal from the ADA Coordinator's decision.
