IO Teri Takai Outlines California’s Technology Agenda at IT Industry Conference

State Technology Update - September 16, 2008

Last week, Chief Information Officer Teri Takai outlined California’s technology agenda in a keynote address given at the INPUT / Information Technology Association of America’s (ITAA) 4th annual state technology Executive Seminar in Sacramento.   She discussed a variety of issues including Governor Schwarzenegger’s technology priorities, California’s portfolio of major projects, key challenges facing the state and what direction the newly formed Office of the State Chief Information is taking to help modernize California’s aging technology infrastructure.
