MR. PEEVEY: Well, we played a very significant role through the creation of the California Emerging Technologies Fund, and through the creation of the California Advanced Services Fund, to foster and promote the expansion of broadband services, which is an aspect of digital literacy, all across the state of California, particularly to underserved populations and rural populations in our state.

We're very, very active. We're probably the -- we're certainly the leader in this state and perhaps the leader in the world in doing this. And that is the role that the Public Utilities Commission has played in expanding digital literacy statewide.
