A: With very few exceptions, all of the staff are staying exactly where they are now.
Q: When will we be able to see the new organizational charts?

Q: Will the GRP create more job opportunities?
A: Yes, we expect the new organization to present opportunities for growth for people at various levels.
Q: Is it true that a target has been set for staff reductions over the next 5 years?
A: There is absolutely no such target for reducing IT staff. However, we are very concerned that over the next 5 years, more than 50 percent of our IT workers will be eligible for retirement throughout the state. That is why we are doing everything we can to retain and recruit staff. For example, we are pushing an initiative to have more open, continuous online testing for IT classifications.
