Council work groups are formed as determined by the membership. A provisional work group is formed by vote of the Council and develops a charter. When the charter is approved by the Council the work group has full status and is responsible for the objectives defined in its charter. Work groups will continuously maintain a page on this site detailing their activites and providing copies of their significant documents. The list of work group page links will be maintained below:
