November 17, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at SACOG

At this meeting, we will hold elections for the Chair and Vice Chair. These are two critical positions in our industry and provide a huge opportunity to influence GIS across federal, state, regional and local agencies. I encourage you all to think about nominating yourself for one of the positions. If you are interested, please send me an email indicating which position you would like to be considered for. Please send your interest to me at Coco_Briseno at dot.ca.gov by November 4, 2011. At the November 17, 2011 meeting, we will hold elections.
The California GIS Council also has a listserve to discuss various topics. If you are interested and wish to join, please sign up at this website.
